God & Your Bod
The word "worship" usually brings to mind church, sermons, stained glass and hymns. How about these words: eyes, ears, mouth, hands, legs and feet? Do you ever associated them with worship?
Worship is not just spiritual. It's physical. It involves your whole body. The Bible tells us that our body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. That means God lives in us. Therefore, our bodies are to be wired for worship in everything we do.
